A first time for everything

I swore I would never use text messaging. I swore I would never pay extra for the digital cable package. I swore I would never buy a house without a garage. And I swore I would never have my own blog. I have now done all of the above. I guess I just needed the right motivation for all of them. In this case, I finally found a blog that wasn't just some teenager putting meaningless posts out there for the whole world to see, just so they can collect "friends" from all reaches of the globe. I don't really have a focus for my posts, though, so my little corner of cyberspace will probably end up just like a teenage blog. I guess we'll just see where it goes!
